WHAT IS SUPERANIUS.COM?

We are an authorized seller of SuperAni merchandise in North America.  

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?   

For U.S. customers, we offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.   We charge $5 for any orders below $100.  We ship our books in sturdy new boxes.    One of the reasons we have so many repeat customers is that we take great care to ensure your items arrive in the same condition it leaves our office.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you’re in the U.S., then you should have received an email from our website with the tracking number.  We ship all of our packages with Delivery Confirmation, which means that the postal worker delivering your package has to scan it and confirm its delivery. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will leave our warehouse within two business days from the date it was placed.  

Note: When the billing address does not match the shipping address, kimjungius.com has the right to hold your package until verification has been made. 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM? 

All online orders are shipped from Irvine, California.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

 

 WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU USE? 

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  When you make a payment, you will see our company name “SUPERANI US”.   

 

WHY I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

There are a few different reasons. There could just be a delay.  We’re in LA, typically packages to the West Coast take 4-5 business days while shipments to the East Coast take about 7-10 business days. If you haven’t gotten your package in 2-3 weeks, please notify us and we’ll do everything in our power to find your package.

You should also check to make sure that we have the correct shipping address. We always ship to the address provided on our order form under the heading “Shipping Address.” If you have submitted the wrong address please contact us and we will do what we can to correct it.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we currently ship online orders to United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
